Directions for Electronic Submission of
Professional Leave
Request
- Go to
“Resources” tab
- Click on “Documents
and
Forms”
- Click on “Professional
Learning”
- Click on “Professional
Leave
Form”
- Click “Save” and save
to your
computer
- Open the Word document
and fill out
the information
- Save the
document
- Attach to email and
send to
principal
Reminder:
Professional Leave forms must
be submitted a minimum
of two weeks in advance.
Any form
submitted after the leave date will not be paid through Professional
Learning.
If your request involves registration paid through
Professional Learning, the completed registration form must be sent
through interoffice
mail to the Professional Learning office.

Unit Request
- Go to “Resources”

“Professional Learning”
- Click on “Request for PLUs”
- Click “Save” and save to your
computer
- Open the Word
document and fill out the information
- Save the document
- Attach to email and send to your school’s
Professional Learning Coordinator for approval. (See list of coordinators on login
page)
***Requests submitted electronically have
the
advantage of rapid approval, whereas paper copies require a meeting of
the
district Professional Learning Committee for
approval.
Please
remember to place your mouse on My Pages and click on Profile to add
your home address, home phone number, and school e-mail
address.

NEW:
Due to the number of cancellations of endorsement
classes, Murray
County Professional Learning is now requiring a
refundable
deposit of $50 before participants are officially
enrolled.
Checks should be written to Murray County Professional Learning and
submitted to the Professional Learning office.
